Compatibility Check for first time build

Solution
The build does appear compatible, however, the processor you have chosen uses Kaby Lake architecture so you may have to update the motherboard's BIOS which would require another older LGA 1151 CPU. I would recommend finding a more up-to-date motherboard that supports Kaby Lake because updating your BIOS isn't recommended unless absolutely necessary.

Solution
With the H110 Chipset motherboard you will need a 6th Generation Skylake CPU to flash BIOS for Kaby Lake. An Intel Celeron G3900 Skylake CPU is about $45. A B250 Chipset motherboard does not need BIOS update for Kaby Lake 7th Generation CPU.

GIGABYTE GA-B250M-DS3H $69.99
GIGABYTE GA-B250M-D3H $84.99
GIGABYTE GA-B250M-Gaming 3 $87.99

Good to hear that you figured it out. It would be wonderful if you could mark the thread as solved as you seem to have solved it yourself.
