I have a ASUS Geforce GTX 1060 Dual OC 3gb and I'm looking if the current market has a Cooling system for GPU? I know my current GPU has 2 fans but I want it to be more cooler. Any suggestions? Would be also happy if you suggest a liquid cooling unit for my processor since I want to buy one. Thank you

You probably dont need it. Assuming you have decent airflow inside your case without adicional fans you wont actually need anything else.
All aditional fans are optional.
Usually people use front and bottom case fans for intake and rear and top as exaust. Because hotter air rises. But the use of extra fans is optional. Obviously, the more cool air you move inside your case and the more hot air you remove from inside it, the cooler you will keep you components inside.

So please clarify me so for example Corsair H100i V2 Liquid Cooling the two fans infront of it serves as a cooler for my pc or for the radiator? how does it really works? Thanks

The water kind of rotates in the closed system. Absorbs the heat from the cpu and gets cooled in the radiator with the help from fans that cool the radiator. The cooled water then reabsorbs the heat from the cpu and gets cooled again. The water is allways circulating.
You can usually also adjust the fans to either push air or pull air. Usually its advisable uf in the front of the case to pull air inside the case and if mounted on top of the case to pull air out of the case.

Aio liquid coolers work the same basic way that your car radiator works. Basically the pump pushes the hot water away from the CPU it then enters the radiator and cycles through each pipe up/down/up/down these little pipes have fins on them that help improve the contact surface, air pressure and dissipate heat. After the liquid finishes cycling through the radiator the water returns to the CPU makes contact with the heat plate that is making contact with the CPU, absorbs the heat and then the cycle repeats. The fans on the radiator push air through the radiator to cool the water cycling through it. If you set the fans up to push air into the case it will give you better temps on your CPU if you set the fans as exhaust then you will have warmer CPU temps but cooler case temps. Aio liquid coolers are great alternatives to air coolers when space is limited for CPU cooler clearance or if your case has generally bad airflow. They can put air in the case but that air is going to be warmer from going through the radiator coils.

So whats the proper flow of air inside my case? Do I really need an exhaust at the top? Pull air in the front and exhaust again at the rear?
