Hi Guys,

I have a weird thing going on with my motherboard. It takes 10-12 hours to successfully POST after a power cut. If I try to switch it on after the power is back, only the fans run and the power indicator on the case turns green while the hdd indicator does not

I have to wait for a 10-12 hours and then switch it on for a successful POST (the hdd indicator turns red).

Motherboard Model - AsRock H87 Pro 4
I5 4570, GTX 770, Corsair 600W

I suspect it has something to do with the Motherboard battery and the capacitors, though I am sure. Any hacks?

Edit: It's a 3.5 year old computer. 6 months ago the motherboard refused to POST, no matter what. Got it repaired from AsRock because I had like 15 days of warranty left. The current POST problem has started from 4 months

Solution
probably the low quality powersupply felt it.

I would upgrade that part and things will probably be solved.
