Gtx 1060 gigabyte mini itx oc 3g and gtx 1060 armor oc 3g which is more overclockable ?

I have seen many artciles regarding it that gtx 1060 3gb mini versions are not overclockable because of single fan and heatsink so according to me mini gtx 1060 is smaller in size and get better air intake and keep the gpu cool so they should be better at overclocking but i am confused between these two versions gtx 1060 mini itx oc 3gb as it has single fan and gtx 1060 msi armor oc 3gb have two fans so which of these can be overclocked easily for better performance kindly reply ASAP i have to buy one of them today or tomorrows..

Not sure what article said otherwise but the 1060 3GB Mini ITX can most certainly be overclocked as can any desktop GTX 1060 3GB. But as for which is better, i would opt the MSI Armour OC since it has a dual cooler (2 fans) and chunkier cooling it should provide better temps after Overclocking as compared to single fan coolers. Get the armor. It'll at least be quiter. Those itx cards are loud, hot, and slow. I've never seen a review that suggested actually buying one unless it was required to fit in your case.

Dont worry about space in my rig i have a big space in my case i can fit any card but the problem is i am pretty confused between msi gtx 1060 armor oc 3g or gtx 1060 mini gigabyte itx oc there is also base clock difference also gtx 1060 msi armor oc 3g has 1544 mhz core clock and gtx 1060 gigabyte mini itx oc has 1531 mhz you can see the differen here :

Never use an itx card unless it's required. They run hot at stock slower speeds than most full sized cards do when slightly oced. There will be no thermal room to oc the mini card.
