Corsair vs isnt a very good power supply, and a h110 motherboard may need a bios update (which requires a Skylake CPU) in order to support a kaby lake cpu. Stick to a b250 board if you're not willing to risk having to take the board to a shop to update the BIOS or buy a skylake Celeron processor potentially.

I also think you'd probably get better pure gaming performance out of a b250/g4560/1050ti or Rx 570 build than your current one.

You can encounter few problems. First, motherboard might not have BIOS version required to run that CPU already installed. Yes, it's been 4 months since KabyLake debut, but seems it still happens. To be 100% sure, you should rather go for B250 board (for example Asus B250M-K). Unless you have access to a SkyLake CPU so you could fix such issue yourself.
Second, that PSU is not one of the greatest (quality wise). And certainly for that setup you don't need 550 W, unless you plan to get more powerful GPU soon.

1. what country are you from?
2. you have a 7th gen CPU on a 6th Gen Motherboard and run the risk like so many to not have an updated Bios and not be able to use it. changed the board to a b250 instead
3. that power supply is pretty low end... I would at least get a 80+ Bronze model.
4. cheaper version of that Windows 10
5. better version of a video card (1050 TI 4GB)
6. my way is cheaper in the end

changes look like this below

The motherboard you got is an H110-chipset that would require a BIOS update to work with that i5-7400 (7th-gen Kaby Lake) CPU. Those H110-chipset supports 6th-gen Skylake CPU out-of-the-box and will not let the mobo boot if you plug in a 7th-gen without an updated BIOS.

Recommendation: Change the motherboard to a B250-chipset board (supports Kaby Lake CPU out-of-the-box).

Also, what is the size of your case? The motherboard you selected is an mATX (micro-ATX) form factor. Though it will fit with larger ATX cases, I hope you have an mATX case for a snuggly, better-looking fit.

For the CPU, a better price-performance would be the i5-7500 (rather than the i5-7400) if your budget permits.

You can also get a slightly faster RAM for almost the same price by getting the 2400MHz version of the same brand, same 8GB kit (instead of the 2133MHz). That speed will be supported by the Kaby Lake CPU on a B250 motherboard.

Consider changing your PSU to a better-quality, longer warranty model. The VS550 is at the low-tier, mediocre/poor quality, only 3-year warranty, and is already discontinued. If budget is tight, the Corsair CX550M (gray label) or even the Corsair CX450M (gray label) would both be better (5-year warranty, semi-modular, updated design/components) than the VS550. You can also consider the Seasonic M12II-520 EVO (5-year warranty, fully-modular, great quality) for an affordable price. If budget can be stretched, the Corsair TX550M, EVGA SuperNova G2 or G3 550, and/or Seasonic G-550 are better options that the above suggestions. The higher wattage/amp PSU's will allow you to upgrade that GPU to a more powerful one in the future.

would this one be a decent psu?
Corsair CMPSU-430CXV3 430Watt 80Plus Bronze ATX Power Supply Unit
http://www.msy.com.au/nsw/auburn/pc-components/12140-corsair-cmpsu-430cxv3-430watt-80plus-bronze-atx-power-supply-unit.html

Nope. That CX430 (as well as the CX430M) is a low-quality unit and already discontinued by Corsair. The updated and better quality version is the CX450M (the one with the gray labels). Unfortunately, I can't find that model in msy.com.au. If you can find one in another store, the CX450M (gray label with P/N: CP-9020101) is a better option than the CX430 (green label).

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Andrew 3584 : "will this system work together"

Yeah it will work together, can u edit your OP and put price on each component in AU$.
I dont know how much you can get these parts for so you could give your budget in AU$ so people could point u on if there is anything you can get better or cheaper.
Also BF1 need more than 2gb vram for smooth performance.
