low fps with rx 470 8g armor oc

hi so ive just recently got my pc up and running but I noticed I don't get very good fps reading for example im currently playing dead rising 3 but im on getting a max of 35 fps but I've seen people get almost 60 fps in some cases that includes people with the same specs as me. my system is a msi b250m i3 7100 3.9ghz corsair vengeance lpx kit 16G transcend 128g ssd wd black 1t.(2 of those)

I did as u ssaid for the gpu.hehehe it runs an extra 20 fps dead rising 3-was 35 now 50-55 fps infinity warfare reaches a max of 50 (was 30) thanks for the advice
