Question about A4-500 APU and RAM latency

Hello.

I'm building a new system which has a AMD A4-5000, and I have some doubts about the RAM to purchase:

I'm planning to use it's integrated GPU, and I can afford two type of memory modules:

- Kingston ValueRAM 1x4GB at 1333 mhz and CL11 latency.
- The same, but runs at 1600 mhz / CL9.

After much searching on the net, there is no consensus about the ideal latency and frequency: some people says that speed is more important than latency on an APU (if the difference isn't too big, 2133 vs 1866 for example), others says that latency wins over speed and finally, some others says that high clock and lower latency is the better choice.

On my case, I'm thinking on purchasing the 1333 mhz / CL9 module, but I've read that a greater frequency will provide more graphical bandwith and I don't know what to do.

Help?.

What motherboard is it?

Will be fine for net browsing, but unless you are wanting to play very old games, its not really going to be very good for gaming.

Assuming the motherboard has a PCI-E slot, then swapping out the A4 for a Athlon II x4 and getting a graphics card like the GT 1030 or GTX 1050 will give you a much better...

Hello, thanks for the response.

The motherboard doesn't support dual channel, and the use for this system will be for net browsing and some light gaming at 720p.

It's a ASRock QC5000M-ITX/PH

ASRock QC5000M-ITX/PH. It have a PCI-E 2.0 x4 lane slot, also, the PSU I will use will have 36 amps in the +12V rail, so, I think in the future I will have the option to choose a dedicated card better than the integrated graphics.

By other hand, I think that the only thing that I can afford is a 1600 mhz / CL11 module... but some searchs on the net says to me that all the mayority of APU users uses CL9, and I've only found a 2 o 3 users that uses CL11. If I would use a CL11 with an APU, I would have problems or it's safe to use? better to make the try to buy a CL9 1333 mhz module?

The problem is that the g4560 alone costs around 66$ on where I live, almost the cost of the QC5000M-ITX/PH, the above gives me a processor, motherboard and integrated graphics that fits under my budget.
