(most likely) Radeon RX 470 issues

Hi guys, I bought my RX470 when Battlefield 1 beta came out. I experienced some issues in the past few weeks, first the system started crashing in two different ways, 90% of the times while browsing facebook or watching stuff on streaming sites, basically I start seeing loads of artifacts on the screen and the pc stops working, or it just goes black screen and after a couple seconds the monitor says that it's receiving no signal. This is quite bothersome but I could live with it. I recently downloaded Rising Storm Vietnam's beta and the latest try didn't allow me to play without the new drivers. I installed those and played once, then the day after I tried starting the game and it crashed on startup. I reinstalled the drivers clean and it worked. Yesterday I was playing Mount & Blade warband, I played for a couple hours and it didn't give me any trouble, today I try to play and it crashes on startup as well. I'll try to reinstall the drivers again but it doesn't make any sense having to reinstall my drivers daily, so I wanted to know if anyone's had these issues and if it's maybe a compatibility problem since the rest of my computer is quite old.

Stuff I have right now:
i5-2500K on a P8H67 mobo set on performance
16 gbs crappy Kingston DDR3 ram
XFX Radeon 470
Windows 10 OS
all stuff installed on a Samsung SSD840 EVO, 250gb

If you need any other info/spec, I'll be right there to answer.

The power supply is brand new and more than adequate, the failing video card could be. I don't have the possibility to test the video card anywhere else. The bios I have is the latest one, and I see little to no chance there will be new ones.

Hi, were you able to fix your problem? Because I have the same exact problem while playing battlefield 1 and pubg. It would randomly crashes and my monitor goes black and becomes no signal as well. Been searching everywhere for a fix, but still haven't been able to find any.

I sold my RX470 to solve the problem. I still think it had to be compatibility issues with my former motherboard.
