Solution
The S12II-520 (520W) is more than enough for that build (with ample headroom for future upgrades). 620W is overkill. Both Seasonic models (S12II) are non-modular, you can, as an option, get the M12II EVO models which are fully-modular for just a couple of bucks difference. I'd get the M12II-520 EVO (520W) for that purpose, will give you enough room should you choose to upgrade your CPU and GPU to more powerful ones.

Even when overclocking the 520W would be enough.

This system will - overclocked - draw considerably less than 300W.

The S12II is fine, personally I'd probably go with a S12G or G by Seasonic (450/550W) or a Corsair CX450M due to the more modern internal design.

Hi - Yes, the 520 is enough. The price difference is less than $10US for the 620. If you think or are
planning on a stronger GPU (than the gtx1070) down the road, get the 620, otherwise save the money
& go with the 520.
