Computer won't start

So I have a desktop computer and it worked fine one day then the next it didn't it won't start up. There's no display. Ik the motherboard isn't dead because I took all the ram out and it can me a beep code. But when the ram is in there's nothing

What happens when you use only a single RAM module?

Do you know the make/model of the PSU? I've never heard of a "475.5W" PSU......and if it's of comparable age to the balance of the components, it may well be incapable of powering the setup any longer. Your setup is somewhere in the 250-300W range and, while 475W sounds more than capable of running that, with age, and potentially poor quality - it may just have served it's time.
