Second GPU Problem - Can't use both

I bought Asus rx470, using along with 280x but after I installed the new one, I get black screen, 280x works normal. When I plug out 280x, rx470 work normal. I have 750 W PSU. Is the problem related with this? Thanks by advance. (MBO: Asus Z77A, Win 7, 8 GB RAM)

Sorry I couldn't express well. I don't want to use both at the same time. Just want to understand why I get black screen on rx470 when I plug the power connectors to both cards.
