Upgrade Laptop RAM

Hi
I wanna buy a new laptop ( ROG GL502VM - i7 7700HQ and 12GB RAM) and it has
Only a single RAM slot: 8 GB module soldered on-board. and I heard that if 2 ram has same serial number work better together ... in this case I can't find another soldered on-board RAM with same serial RAM so I have to put a DIMM RAM that doesn't have a same serial number :??:

so what can I do? I want to upgrade it to 16GB.

the RAMs don't have to have the same serial number as long as the speed and type are the same.
