Issue with port forwarding

I've been trying to setup port forwarding on my router for the past couple hours and have nothing to show for it thus far. I have setup the forwarding on the router as well as a static IP for my laptop and the port is still showing as closed. My firewall is set to allow traffic through this port on both TCP and UDP. My router is Technicolor TC8305C. I've tried having a static IP, dynamic IP, turning firewall on/off, resetting the router, and nothing works. Also, this is the only router I got, I don't have 2 connected or anything.

I have no idea where to go from here and any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I downloaded it and installed it, but I don't know what to do with it, I have never heard of this program before, would you be so kind to point me in the right direction? thank you

Wireshark is a program that just captures network traffic. It will help you identify if any traffic is getting to your laptop for port 11155. You can just start it running, and then create a filter on port 11155. It will then only show you traffic getting to your computer on that port. It can help you determine if traffic is getting to your laptop but your laptop isn't responding.

Well, I searched a little bit about how to create a filter and stuff, is this what you meant?

I think it's both. Also, I should add no matter which port I open it's always the same result, I've opened a few for some games, and they won't work. .

Well, the options look pretty much the same but the site is quite different, it says technicolor not xfinity, plus it's black (as you can see in the first image) but yeah pretty much same options.
