Can you download this and tell me what bios you are using?
http://www.cpuid.com/downloads/cpu-z/cpu-z_1.79-en.exe

I figured it out. Your old cpu Intel - Pentium G4560 3.5GHz is a 7th gen cpu , The one you just bought is a 6th gen cpu .The memory you have in the pc ddr4 2400 will be ok with old cpu (gen 7) and will use the xmp profile .

Support for DDR4 2400* / 2133 MHz memory modules
* To support 2400 MHz or XMP memory, you must install a 7th generation processor.
Support for ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8 memory modules (operate in non-ECC mode)
Support for non-ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8/1Rx16 memory modules
Support for Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules
* To support 2400 MHz or XMP memory, you must install a 7th generation processor.

The i7 6700 is a 6th gen so you need to turn off the xmp profile in bios . Your memory is too modern for your cpu .
After you have turned off xmp profile in bios it may work .
If it doesnt work you can either replace memory or try to manually slow memory down in bios to 2133 with 1.2v

Everytime you change cpu you need to clear bios and if your using the g4560 you have to have the xmp profile on as its low voltage mem.

Yikes.

Can you perhaps upload a picture of said bent pins?
