Overclocking a gtx 1070, help

i increased my core clock by 250 and my memory clock by 500, also my power target to 112%, and i left the gpu voltage as stock(no change), also i have a gtx 1070 founders, is this overlclock good or is there any risk?, it is paired with an i7-7700 and i have a asus strix h270f
 
Solution
No risk because the GTX 1070 is locked down for much you cannot damage it without a bios mod. However if you go too high on the Core OC, the Boost 3.0 safety crap will kick in and you will get worse performance than a stock card. You should benchmark it as your up the core and memory speeds to see what the tipping point is. Most cards cannot pass 2100Mhz and no card can do 2.2Ghz.


Have you run benchmarking and stress tests at that speed? Is your gaming stable? 1070 temps at idle, load and full load? What voltage does it get to when gaming with graphically intense AAA titles?
