Can't get black bars in cs:go after win 10 update

Hey after Windows 10 Creators Update I can't get bb game is always stretched even every scaling option in gpu drivers is off. I am on crimson 17.5.2. Any idea what to do? I tried older versions of drivers but that didn't helped game is still stretched.
My pc:
MB: GIGABYTE 990FXA-UD3
CPU: AMD Vishera FX-8300
GPU: SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 470 4GB
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Tactical 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1866
PSU: Seasonic S12II-620 620W
Case: NZXT S340
SSD: Kingston HyperX Savage - 240GB
HDD: WD Blue EX - 1TB

Can't find any beta drivers at amd website.

THe one they have is beta, AMD rarely goes directly to WHQL anymore on their site, in fact BIll Gates forces you his WHQL driver in new Win 10 which doesnt allow GPU scaling or VSR.... thats why its greyed out

Ohh noes dont do that. You need updates, do you realize win is swiss cheese? And older builds are like moon cheese holes on your system!!!
