Frame rate drop every game

during the middle of any game, my frame rate drops to 20 then jumps right back up, this happens meny time a game and during all the games.
My specs:
amd 8320e proccessor at 4.1 mgz
zotac 1050 ti graphics card
Asus M5A78L-M Plus motherboard

Check task manager for any programs using much CPU percent while idle. You may have viruses and malware so check for both. Optimize for the given game. Use ccleaner and advanced systemcare to clean the registry, move junk, and boost to shut down unneeded services. Both are in the popular downloads.

Next test your CPU for overheating. Use speedfan and prime95 given your overclocking. Need to see if its throttling.
