That looks like one of those cheap power supplies they sell locally. Are you in Romania? Stick to known good brands for power supplies, it's worth it. Spend less on the CPU if you need to, so you can afford the better power supply.

Don't get an unlocked CPU unless you plan to overclock. And you aren't going to overclock with a cheap power supply. Don't spend more on a motherboard that has features you won't use. Do get the motherboard that matches your CPU(Kaby Lake). It looks to me like you're trying to save money, but you're cutting costs in the wrong areas. Meanwhile you're spending more than you need to in the wrong areas.
