R9 390X doesn't send video

Hi, I have a new R9 390X, I put it on the motherboard, and it recognizes it and send the signal, I installed the drivers and then the screen turned black, I turn off the PC, and after that the GPU doesn't send signal, the iGPU stills work, 2 years ago I used to have an R9 290, one day an overvoltage burns the GPU, and I changed the PSU to a Cooler master V750 (750w), in the device manager it doesn't recognize the GPU (unknown device), I've tried to uninstall the driver, secure boot, etc, but it doesn't work, my motherboard is an Asus Z87M-Plus
