pos monitor went blank

need help have this pos monitor that runs properly unit when the other monitor just goes blank ,
that wasn't so long until another side of the monitor when blank
only in safe mode the monitor that went off later appears.

POS systems are customized by the vendor you got it from, you should contact their support. Also not sure what is happening, you have two monitors and one is not working? Did you check all the connections? Reboot the computer? Check for newer video card drivers?

Without system specs and what you tried already not much can be done, but first place to check with is the tech support for the equipment.
