Ok so I basically have 2 problems in one. Currently working on a new build. Had the thing together. All drivers, and windows installed. Moved it slightly, and lost power. Broke everything down and put back together. Power came on and went right back out. Broke everything down a second time. Then couldn't get signal to monitor. Keep having an issue. Thinking its the connectors somewhere.

Components
i5 processer
Corsair rm850 power supply
Msi gtx 1070
2 8 gig Corsair vengeance ram
As rock z97 formula motherboard
Cooler Master stormstiker full case

Yes I did try to use the motherboard. No go there also tried another monitor. Also breaking it down it keeps going back and forth. From the power problem, to the no signal problem. Tried to make sure all connections were good as well.

Yes I have tried to put the card in other slots. Also I have an upgraded fan for the processor. When I went to benchmark it the temps were fine. But I will try to reattach the fan and wires and see if that does anything. I think whatever is causing the power problem is also causing the video card problem.

I tried both sticks of ram in all 4 ram slots. I don't see both sticks being the issue. Also tried different cables from power supply to video card. As well as trying different cables to the monitor. As well as another hd monitor. Leaning to it being either video card or motherboard at this point. Seeing as all fans on the components are powering on. Any help would be great thanks. Also should note that all drivers and windows were installed before the problems started.
