GPU Resolution not fitting properly with monitor

I just installed an Asus HD 5450 Silent Graphics Card (drivers included), and the screen resolution doesn't seem right (I'm using HDMI). I'm using an Asus VW246H 24" Monitor (the default/recommended resolution is 1920 x 1080). After installing the drivers on the install disc, my PC rebooted and shows the correct resolution @ 1920 x 1080...except that it doesn't fit the whole screen. The resolution is about 1 inch in from covering the whole display on all sides. Just wondering if there is a fix to this as I couldn't find HDMI drivers for this GPU on the Asus Driver & Tools website.

Thanks, that fixed it. As soon as I installed the driver, I noticed the AMD Catalyst Control Center appear as a new option on right click. I should have gone through those settings.
