Trying to get a fresh install of windows 10 for my SSD, but the USB Bootable I made with the Windows MediaCreationTool just isn't being detected in the BIOS at all.

Everything attempted and checked so far:
Legacy turned on
UFEI searched for (I can't find it on this BIOS)
SATA changed to AHCI from IDE
Attempted installing with ISO image on CD
Attempted installing with a 2nd USB Bootable
Attempted several USB ports
USB Bootable worked on another computer
Boot order changed to every configuration possible
Everything's plugged in
Graphics card disconnected
HDD disconnected
Disk drive disconnected
Reading other threads on tomshardware
Laughed and cried

I'm not exactly sure what to do anymore. I'd be really thankful for any osuggestions.

Your motherboard is not UEFI compliant - it is regular BIOS.

Does it boot from CD ?

If not, maybe your ISO/USB is written to support UEFI computers only?

To try that, download Rufus and select your ISO image to write to USB without touching any setting. Rufus will automatically set the setting on top - if it says "GPT for UEFI..." then the downloaded image is UEFI and may/will not boot on your computer. If this is the case, Rufus has settings where you change this to "MBR for UEFI/Legacy..." . Do some reading on how to do this.

I got to to the windows screen! But now it's just stuck there without even the loading circle at the bottom.
