It's a notebook.
Lenovo Flex 3 1120.

Intel Pentium N3540
4GB RAM
1TB HDD
Intel HD Graphics ( Bay Trail ).

Other specs can be found on Lenovo's site or Google, I'll provide if I'm asked.

Currently, the laptop is capable of browsing, surfing, but light gaming is unplayable at this point ( 15-25fps ). I've already used Razer Cortex, disabled all Windows 8 effects, configure the Intel HD Graphics control Panel, and every time I open the game, I set the priority to High. Didn't seem to help much...

I was thinking about Overclocking, dunno if it is safe to do or nah. Or could you guys suggest any sort of ideas to boost this potato. Any help is appreciated.

There's nothing you can do, unfortunately. There's no way the BIOS will allow you to overclock, and many of those ultra-compact devices are thermally constrained anyway. That means under a sustained load (like gaming), their cooling system can't actually keep on top of things and they have to clock down to prevent damage. Overclocking would likely just reach that thermal threshold even faster and downclock sooner... no gains to be had.

As @scout says, it's not made for gaming. With a desktop you sometimes have flexibility to upgrade things, but that's a 2-in-1 potato with very little (if any) upgrade options. No matter how much you dress it up it will always be a potato for gaming.
