No Display new motherboard first build

So I have a asrock z170 k4/d3 with a intel g4560, I was switching over from an old motherboard that died so E was reusing my ddr3 133 ram I have 4 4g sticks. When I turn on the computer the fan starts then stops, then it takes a second then it starts up. this is all good but I am not getting any display what so ever. Does anyone know why I can't see my bios? I have tried every obvious solution, multiple ports different ram slots, reinstalled cpu...

Hey Calvin thanks for responding im not opposed to doing this but before I spend the money. the website says it supports the 7th gen. intel. is that still the problem? http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z170%20Gaming%20K4D3/
