Your title is misleading since you ask for GPU and MoBo upgrade, while in the topic, you talk about GPU and PSU upgrade.

While GTX 1050 Ti is good GPU that can play games with high settings @ 720p and medium settings @ 1080p, your selected PSU is mediocre quality (Tier three) PSU,
PSU Tier list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

For better PSU, look towards any Seasonic unit. E.g M12II-520 EVO (good quality, Tier two, fully modular, 5 years of warranty),

All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic, full specs in my sig.

But if you plan to switch out your MoBo and if you don't want to switch out...

But if you plan to switch out your MoBo and if you don't want to switch out your CPU and RAM, you'll need LGA 1150 socket micro-ATX MoBo and new Windows license.

Here's your PC's full specs as well if you're interested,
