Unable to use my usb after creating a bootable image

Hello guys, can someone help me to get back my USB. I can't format it after creating a bootable image with power ISO. The image file is still showing on my computer section and I can't find a way to get around this. Pls help.

Do you still need the bootable image?
If not, press Windows+R, and then type "diskpart"
list disk
select disk [USB drive disk number]
clean
create partition primary
