Hello, my current specs are:

I5 2500 quad core 3.3-3.7ghz
Gtx1050ti 4gb ddr5
12gb 1333mhz ddr3
380w 80plus bronze psu
Monitor Res:1600x900

So the newer games run ok averaging 35-40fps except Playerunknown's Battlegrounds (i know it's still early access) my fps in this game is playable 30fps but i see the image pixelated i believe becaude of the 1600x900 res.

I plan on selling the old parts except the gpu and buy:

Intel i5 7500 or AMD Ryzen 1500x (costs a bit more)
8gb ddr4 2133mhz ram
Mobo 1151 or am4
Better psu if the current 380w 80plus bronze isn't enough.
A cheap case with 2coolers
And a 1920x1080 22" tn monitor

I really can't decide between i5 7500 and amd ryzen 1500x.
I dont want high settings! I'm happy with low-medium at good fps as long as view distance is good.
Will be recording and rarely streaming if the fps will allow me.

Solution
If the 1500X is over your budget then I would go with a G4560 build, see below. The Ryzen 5 1400 is only $13 cheaper than the 1500X.

Price breakdown by merchant: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/WNThLD/by_merchant/

CPU: Intel - Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor ($59.99 @ B&H)
Motherboard: MSI - B250M PRO-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($63.44 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB ACX 2.0 Video Card (Purchased For $0.00)
Case: Cougar - MX200 ATX Mid Tower Case ($29.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Antec - EarthWatts Green 380W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply...
Suggested build below. If you will be recording/streaming then I would go with the Ryzen 5 1500X as the extra cores will be an advantage. If straight gaming is the target then the i5-7500 is the way to go.

At this point though I will ask the question of why you want to do this. As long as you stay with the GTX 1050Ti then the i5-2500 is enough. A Pentium G4560 is more than enough to match this GPU. The only reason I see for upgrading would be for the purposes of recording/streaming where the 1500X would make sense.

As far as the 380W being okay, depends on the make/model of the PSU and its age. I suspect it is the Antec Earthwatts 380 as there are not that many 380W PSU's out there but that is an assumption. If it is the Earthwatts it is a good PSU. As to age, PSU lose some of their power capability over time so that has to be considered too. In the build below I did not see it as an issue. But they do wear out.

@imsqam Yes that'ts the psu. Unfortunately the build you picked is over my budget, i would be happy with a low-end am4 mobo that supports 3000mhz ram

@hang-the-9 that's what i'll do first, see how the pc manages 1920x1080 games and then upgrade if it struggles with recording/streaming.

Max budget is 370€ for ryzen 1600 case with transparent sidepanel and grill in front with 2 fans for maximum air intake and 1 fan in the back, 8gb ddr4 3000mhz ram, cheap mobo am4 and support for 3000mhz ram. But i prefer from my country due to warranty being easyer to manage.
