Do you think guys it will work? I also have my MoBo which is H61M-VS, Also I only need to play Dota 2. ( Or Rx 460 )

It will definitely work, but I'd say your CPU is going to slow down your graphics card, at least if you get a 1050 Ti or higher.

I'd go for a 1050 Ti, RX 460 or RX 560 with 4 GB respectively, as this will be far more future-proof than a 1050 or RX 550 with only 2GB.

Finally, I'd suggest you update your BIOS and plan buying an i5 from the 3400 or 3500 series, as those wouldn't slow down your new GPU anymore.
