Hi, my brother just got his first pc, its quite nice for the games he wants to run. (minecraft)When i was trying to install optifine however i came across a problem ive never seen before. Java applications dont run on his pc at all. All they do is give out an error file.

I've tried reinstalling Java, JAR runner, some tool that you had to run once and it would fix it, reinstalling again, but nothing worked. And all the threads i've read or video's that i've looked at havent worked yet. So i turn to Tom yet again
