gtx 1070 not preforming well

hey i got a gtx 1070 and a few days ago it ran overwatch in 170 to 200 fps
now it runs on 120to 160 fps and it isnt loud as it use to be (when it played on 170 to 200 fps)
what can i do to get more fps?
(i have 2 case
fans and an i7 7700 if it helps) i am playing on fhd res

There are plenty of reasons that your pc might act like that. Thermal throttling, virus, bad drivers, too many tasks running on the background etc.

Let's start by eliminating a few.
Monitor your temps while idle and while playing both for CPU and GPU.
Do a sweep with Malwarebytes anti malware.
Close all unnecessary services and programs.
Did you install new drivers for GPU in the meantime? If yes, try reverting back to the old ones.

i dont have a software that is leting me see my temps
i tried scaning my pc with an anti virus progem nothing showed up
i did install new drivers how do i get the old ones back?
