First off I want to acknowledge that csgo is optimized for single core performance. I know this.

My previous system i5 3550 ran at stock 3.3 ghz. I got 250+ fps.

My new ryzen r7 1700 overclocked to 3.85 ghz only gets 110 fps max on low settings.

I have multicore on, and everything else lowest possible.

Does anyone know what I can do to make the game run better?

Does anyone have any additional launch settings that may help?

(currently using: [-nod3d9ex -high -novid -console -refreshrate 144 -freq 144])

Solution
CSGO May not be fully compatible with AM4 Socket Motherboards just quite yet.

Since AMD Haven't made any real "Improvements" On their side, games are only just starting to get better with Ryzen Sockets, and still need a long time to go whenever they will be fully optimised.
