Good day

I am in a struggle building my new computer as to what motherboard i would need
I already decided on buying the following parts, the rest i already have (such as psu, water cooling, SSD):
-Ryzen 5 1600X
-2x MSI Radeon RX 580 8gb gaming x graphics cards
-Not sure of ram yet, surely 8gb and later on 16gb of 2400MHz gaming memory

I want to know what motherboard would work best having two of these graphics cards inside?
Either :
-MSI X370 GAMING PRO CARBON AM4 RYZEN Motherboard
or
-MSI X370 SLI PLUS AM4 RYZEN Motherboard
or
-MSI X370 KRAIT GAMING AM4 RYZEN Motherboard
or
-MSI B350 TOMAHAWK AM4 RYZEN Motherboard

So another question is mostly simple whether i should rather have a SLI mobo than a better mobo that doesn't have SLI? ( i might use one of my GPUs for mining so i might not always use both for gaming at the same time, but if i wouldd like to someday, would it still be possible on a mobo such as the pro carbon?)

Solution
Well the MSI B350 TOMAHAWK is out of the question because the B350 boards do not support SLI and while it still supports crossfire the 2nd PCI express slot only runs at x4. You would not want to run anything in crossfire like that since both cards would be downgraded to X4 speeds.

As for going SLI or Crossfire... I'm speaking from personal preference so I'd choose neither and use the single fastest card you can afford.

So you think the MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon AM4 Mobo is best option?

My advice to that is to view some youtube reviews online as I have only have experience with the Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming 3. If I was to base anything off of pure looks the Krait has a color scheme I find appealing but otherwise I don't know.
