I have a ROG Strix Z270E mobo. Turned computer on and only light is an orange light in upper right corner. RGB light on mobo on and all fans and water pump running. What should I check or what is wrong with my build? I am a first time builder. Thanks in advance for any info!

To answer your question, I was using a Dell Computer monitor to the motherboard, using a DVI cable. Further info. I took the computer to a computer repair shop, and it was determined the motherboard was the problem. I have removed the mobo and am returning it for a replacement. I did this after I posted the question.
