Hello everyone!

Since two days my computer is making some weird noises while in game and I can't find what's causing this. With the sound I located the problem somewhere near my graphic card or my watercooler AIO.

The sound only happen when gaming and I found something pretty weird. By looking on the internet for my problem I limited my framerate on a certain game (ff14) and sound disappeared so don't know why or what is going on.

Better than describing the noise it's uploaded here :https://youtu.be/gjovWaggY1Y
In the first part of the video I'm on Final Fantasy 14 with no limit FPS and the second part limited with 60 FPS (May be cause with no limit I reach >650 FPS?)
And on other games the noise make a higher or lower pitch sound but don't know why

My config is :
Intel Core I7 6700K (4,0 GHz)
KFA Geforce GTX 1080 EXOC
ASUS ROG Maximus VIII HERO
GSkill Ripjaws V 4x4 Go, DDR4 3200Mhz CAS 16
LEPA EXllusion 240
SSD: HyperX Fury 240 Go SATA III
SSHD: Seagate Desktop SSHD 1 To
Alimentation: Zalman ZM750-EBT, 750W

Thank you guys!

PS: I just tested a few other games to see and I can't understand at all the problem x.x On Final Fantasy 13/13-2/LR No noises in max graphics and no limit FPS
On ARMA III max graphics or lowest graphics there is noises.
Mass Effect Andromeda, lowest or max graphics there is noises
Payday 2 max graphics all corpse (>500 FPS) no noises
And finally Star Citizen with max graphics no noises ._.
PS2: By the way no overheating I checked my temps and all are under 50°C

I think it's kinda an electric noise, but here it by yourself, I uploaded a video the link is in the post. (The sound may be not really loud i don't have a good mic w/ my cam

Since I can't view the video from where I am at the moment, all I can do is give a suggestion based on my similar situation I had.

Make sure every component is properly in place, especially the HDD (screw in all the holes of the mount/bay, make sure it's properly plugged in).

I had a problem where I had some buzzing noise going on under load for a while, then I opened my case (while it was running), did what I suggested to you, and closed it. No more noise happened ever since.
The HDD I had was about 5 years old.

When I get home, I'll check the video and confirm to whether you have the same problem I had.

I just did what you recommended me but that's not it :/ By the way I can actually confirm that the noise is from near my Graphic Card and I'm thinking about the pump of my AIO watercooler (but I could be wrong)

Grab MSI Afterburner, turn off the automatic fan speed on your GPU, and crank it to 100% for a few seconds (don't forget to hit Apply after changing the slider; I constantly forget that even after using Afterburner for a few months). If the noise shows up and/or gets louder, one or more of your GPU fans may be dying.

To test the watercooler pump, pull the GPU completely out and then boot up the computer again. Maybe run Prime95 to put a load on the CPU without having to suffer through launching a game on integrated graphics, and see if the noise continues with the GPU removed.

Thanks for your help, at this time I just tested with MSI Afterburner cause I don't have time today to pull out my Graphic Card. So might be the pump cause no sound when the fans were at 100%, I'm testing it tomorrow. (Hope this is it)
