Basically what the title says, wich one is the best?
Or is there another H110 board (or other board) wich is beter? I am willing to spend max 85euro on a board. Any suggestions?

Thank you in advance!

The MSI H110M PRO-VD Plus and the Gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H has a lot of similarities:

Both have H110 chipsets (obviously)
Both support 6th-gen Skylake Intel CPUs out-of-the-box (but require BIOS update for 7th-gen Kaby Lake)
Both have 2x DDR4 RAM slots supporting up to 32GB capacity at 2133MHz max. speed
Both use Realtek ALC887 audio codec with 3x Audio Jacks at the rear port (Line In, Line Out, and Mic)

Both use Realtek LAN Controllers
Both have 1x PCIe3.0 x16 slot (single GPU only) and 2x PCIe2.0 x1 slots
Both have 4x SATAIII 6Gbps ports
Both have 2x USB3.0 ports at the rear panel
Both have 1x USB3.0 internal headers (supporting up to 2x USB3.0 ports)
Both have 2x USB2.0 internal headers (supporting up to 4x USB2.0 ports)
Both have 2x total Fan Headers (1x for the CPU fan and 1x for the case fan/s)
Both have 1x Serial Port internal header (not really used nowadays)
Both have 2x PS/2 ports at the rear panel (for Keyboard and Mouse, if you still use PS/2)
Both have 6x screw mounting holes
Both are micro-ATX in size at ~8.9" x ~6.8"
Both are Black/Gray/Silver in color

The only differences are:

MSI has DVI-D and VGA onboard video outputs | Gigabyte has DVI-D, VGA, and HDMI outputs
MSI has 4x USB2.0 ports at the rear panel | Gigabyte has 2x USB2.0 ports at the rear panel
MSI requires a 4-pin ATX12V power cable | Gigabyte requires an 8-pin ATX12V power cable
MSI has Red LED audio trace path | Gigabyte has Yellow LED audio trace path
MSI has all its SATA ports located at the bottom | Gigabyte has its SATA ports at the sides
MSI had 7 BIOS updates (Apr. 2017 latest) | Gigabyte had 5 BIOS updates (Nov. 2016 latest)

So, both motherboards aren't really different from each other except for those minor features I outlined above. In short, as long as all the features above are what you need, you can't go wrong with either, specs-wise.
