What the title says, is the socket supported? Can you do it if it is?
If it isn't possible, is there an other way of doing it? Are the latest H110 motherboards already updated?
Well, that were a lot of questions.

Thank you in advance!

Solution
Whther you meant 1th or 7th the answer is NO

1st generation CPU has 1366 pins and 6th generation has 1151 pins so physically the 6th gen board would not fit a 1st gen

7th generation Kaby Lake CPUs are supported on a 6th gen Sky Lake board with a BIOS update. HOWEVER you can not update a BIOS without being able to boot into BIOS, which you cant do with an unsupported CPU.
Thus you have 1 of three options:
1) return board and get a b250/h270/z270
2) take computer to shop to flash bios
3) buy cheapest 6th generation celeron and flash it yourself
You need to provide specific information. If you mean you have a 6th gen cpu and would like to replace it with a 7th generation then yes. Just go to the motherboard makers web site, look at the supported CPU's section for the motherboard, if the CPU is on that list grab the latest BIOS, flash it, and you are all set to replace the CPU with a 7th gen model.

If you are buying both new just get the 7th gen motherboard like an H270 or B250 to go with the cpu.
