I have two extremely similar monitors, and i cannot color match them with the settings on the monitor, is there and app that i could use to color match them?

Monitor 1: Asus VS228T-P

Monitor 2: Asus VS228H-P

No, you will just have to use the manual tweaks of hue, saturation, and all of that to get them the same.

An app cant do anything because it has to visually be able to see how the data is displayed on the screen, not just the data sent from the GPU.
For best results should be using the same input conneciton type (VGA and VGA, or HDMI and HDMI, etc)

It is actually near impossible to get them exact.
I had 2 x HP IPS panels, and now 2 x Asus TN panels.
A hueyPro colorimeter (hardware based monitor calibration tool)

The HP's were bought as a matched set, almost sequential serial numbers.
No matter how hard I tweaked them....they were always just a teeny bit different.

Angle to the room light, angle to your eyeballs, hardware tolerances inside each monitor, etc, etc.
All can affect exactly how they look.
