Hi, i'm needing a GPU for a computer that i have and i was thinking in buying an Gigabyte GTX 1050 Ti OC 4Gb. I was wondering if there will be any problem if i add it into this config :

CPU : Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 2.00Ghz.
RAM : 2 GB.
MoBo : MS 7525.
PSU : 500W.
Case : Compaq Presario SR5710F.

Will it need a extra 6 pin cable and the GPU will fit in ? And will i be able to play games like Sims 4 ?

Thanks alot for your attention. ^^

Most GTX 1050 do not require a 6-pin cable. The upgrade should be OK. But you may want to upgrade your system memory first. 2GB isn't really enough to accomplish much. And the more VRAM the gfx card has, the larger the amount of gfx buffer Win sets aside in system memory, leaving you with less than you have now. You can find memory here to add on if you have more than 2 slots to fill: http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/presario-sr5710f
Search for HP Compaq/Presario/(scroll way down)SR5710F

If your board only has 2 slots, you may be out of luck on memory. You would have to check if the board will accept more than 2GB total.

In my ohnest opinion: Buy new motherboard and cpu (go for pentium g4560 and cheapest h110 motherboard that you can find and with the 8 gb of ram you can buy it for 180 usd total) then think about buying a new GPU , 2 gb of ram is way below the required limit right now , even 4 gb's isn't enough buy at least 8 gb.
