My PC specifications is as follows:

(1) Gigabyte 78-LMT-USB3 motherboard
(2) AMD FX 6100 CPU
(3) Kingston 4GB DDR3 RAM (667 MHz)
(4) Frontech 450 watt PSU

Once you get a power supply that is not a danger to your PC and a danger to catching your house on fire
Then a GTX 750 ti would be about all you could do without bottleneck.
Considering price difference, I would get a GTX 1050 ti which will bottleneck your current cpu, but will at least be good for future upgrades.

Well your psu is a hazard so no gpu upgrade for you atm unless you replace that. Also even a rx 460 would be bottlenecked by that 6100.

That isn't how bottlenecking works. Any CPU can bottleneck any GPU under the right situation. https://pcpartpicker.com/forums/topic/214851-on-cpugpu-bottlenecking-in-games

Again that isn't how bottlenecking works. Any CPU can bottleneck any GPU, it all depends on the resolution, graphics settings, game, and performance goal.

If you do want to game with a graphics card, I highly advise upgrading the PSU. Not only does it likely have 230 watts on the 12v rail, the internal quality is poor and dangerous to your build.

"The build quality of frontech smps is decent and not that bad but their components quality is not good. I have personally used 400W Frontech and while playing a popular resource hungry game the smps burned out. I was lucky that my graphics card, motherboard and other components were not harmed. Also I have heard many stories from their users about frontech smps getting frying up and damaging their motherboards and other components."

The best AMD GPU ATM is the R9 Fury X, but very power hungry and I doubt it's value depending on where you're located. Vaga will probably bring better gpus with better pricing and efficiency.

I understand the concept of bottlenecking, in this case though there is a very large segment in which the 6100 will hold back a modern GPU. Because of this significant percentage of things that CPU would bottlenck I did not get all specific, but I will go ahead and be specific

If OP is playing only 5+ year old games or playng on a 1366x768 monitor than sure a 470 or 1050 ti would work great
If trying to do 1080p with modern AAA games then anything half-way cpu intensive is going to be noticably held back; anything strictly GPU intensive will not be bottlenecked by the CPU.

Games for 2009 and before will run fine. The fx 6100 single core performance is terrible so once you move on to newer games you will run into quite a few scenarios where your cpu won't meet min spec and hold your gpu back at any setting due to it's weak single and therefore multi threaded performance.
