My GTX780Ti is no longer working with anything. GeForce Experience and the Nvidia control panel don't detect it, and it is labeled as "shut down by windows" in the device manager. It is saying that Windows shut it down because it is not working properly (Code 43) and is giving me an error code of 0000002B. I am running Windows 10. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the device multiple times and have even physically taken it out and put it back in yet the problem still persists. I can't find any solutions and have been trying for multiple hours as my computer is effectively not operable.

Solution
Going back to windows 7 is not the solution. Try installing original drivers on the cd that you had. I want to see if outdated drivers do make your system recognise the card. If doesn't try putting your card to a different rig. It might be a card which is broken or just a driver problem. Disclaimer to not reinstall you system all the time while installing new drivers use ddu program. Hope I helped! :)

Not sure what the error code is, but let me ask a few simple questions. Did you overboost it? What sorts of temperatures did it run at? Did you boost the power limit to the card? Have you tinkered with the card physically? What brand is it?

It is a uncommon code. As I remember it refers to unrecognised device. Try reinstalling your gpu drivers go to: Device Manager>Graphics Cards>Your Gpu Name , right click and unistall the drivers. But my reccomendation is to use the DDU program instead of the Windows uninstall solution. You just download it and remove all of the drivers , you need to boot in safe mode. Install the new drivers and it should work , if not just reinstall your system :)

It is an EVGA that was superclocked out of the box. I didn't do any tinkering with it physically or with more boost. It ran at normal temps.

I tried this and it did not solve the issue. I might have to reinstall my system. I just fear that the card may be dead.

If your monitor is pluged to the card than it's not dead. Try to reinstall your system , if it doesn't works test the card on a different rig. In terms if everything goes wrong and you don't have much money to buy a new gpu buy used gtx 950 the best value for money and it's a littlebit less performance than your card (rx 460 is not as good) :)

I have tried reinstalling my system and the problem still persists. I think I may just go back to Windows 7.

I did not go back to windows 7 and I tried installing the original drivers like you said but that did not work either. I do not have another system to put my card into. I keep using DDU and trying different driver dates but that hasn't worked either. I have reflashed my bios multiple times aswell. I am just frustrated because my computer is basically a paperweight now and a lot of people have had this problem but no-one seems to know how to fix it.
