I can't update my windows 7 without the updater saying windows 10 is downloading and then installing. I have tried disk cleanup, I've hidden KB2952664 and I don't even know where KB3035583 is (I think I deleted it awhile back). Any help would be greatly appreciated since I haven't updated my Windows in 6 months.

Try using a tool like Fix WU, http://www.thewindowsclub.com/repair-fix-windows-updates-with-fix-wu-utility
If that doesn't work errors codes for the failed updates would be useful.
