Can virus for Windows XP/Vista spread to the host running Windows 10 using virtualbox?

I also want to know how to move virtual machines to my Asus since my DELL is super slow ever since I installed the creators update part 1
They are VirtualBox I got Ubuntu Linux Mint Windows XP Windows Vista Windows ME (insert mistake joke here) Windows 95 soon Windows 3.1 MS-DOS and a failed install of macOS 8* There is no system image on the virtual hard drive for macOS

Yeahhh I am not doing virus on those machines I will just stick to deleteing the WINDOWS folder on XP using cmd.exe and doing the delete command

It runs like it does when my laptop has only 2 GB useable because of Minecraft Forge using 2 GB of RAM
except slower it takes about 1-2 minutes to open something and it ran faster it has a Celeron Quad Core and 4 GB RAM and 500 GB HDD
