Hi!

So i got a b350 tomahawk motherboard and gona get myself an R5 1600 soon. I found a really good deal on this type of ram: Kingston HyperX Predator 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 3200MHz HX432C16PB3K2/8 but i'm not sure if it would actualy run with 3000-3200Mhz as i did not find it on some supported ram lists(Found HX421 and so on but not 432). On the other hand i found a few lists made by individuals, not MSI, that listed it as supported. Can someone please help me out with this? I could save some realy nice ammount of money on them if they would run at max speed.

Odds are the RAM will work but at what speed. Eventually it will hit 3200 but likely start no better than, and may be capped at 2400. I would lean toward the vendor list for the board. BUT... I think manufacturers do a poor job keeping those lists up to date. The next best thing is digging around for reviews where you can find your board and RAM matched up. At this point, it's a risk getting anything not known to work. If you are married to the idea of getting that RAM, get it but accept it might be awhile if ever that it hits 3200 on that board.

There are other proven RAM kits, obviously more expensive. Your money, your choice in who you trust and what you buy.
