Good build for the price (Australia). The only thing I'd nitpick is going with 2x4gb RAM as it will work better in dual channel over a single 8gb stick.

More RAM, similar if not better CPU, Cheaper but equally as nice 1070, lower wattage PSU, and a different SSD. Seeing as the Australian dollar is in the tank, It might be a good idea to look in the used market for everything but the PSU and HDD. GL with the build!
