I used this drive ( Local disk A) in VeraCrypt however after dismount volume it stayed there, how can I remove it?

Solution

That's most likely a phantom floppy disk as A: is usually reserved for it. If you don't have actual drive turn it off and/or FDD controller in BIOS.
