I building my first Pc and need a mother board to go with the Gtx 1050 and AMD FX 4300 I have chosen.
I would be appreciate if it is around $60 to $80

Thank you for the suggestion, I was wondering though why when I select it in pc partpicker it says some amd 970 boards need an update with a different CPU, is this an actual problem?

Your CPU is fine. Its just a few 8000 models that requires the 1.60 bios. See the CPU support list.
