Downloads slower then the speed it says.

so on ookla it says i get 120mbps when i download i usually get 10-15mbps but now out of the blue on steam,blizzard,origin, and ubisoft it says im getting 15mbps like usual but the actual download itself goes at 1mbps or 2mbps max. restarted the router, modem, and computer a few times same deal. been happening for the past 3 days.

sorry i was saying that weird ik that advertised speed thing. i ment im getting 120 Mbps on ookla and when i download on steam,blizzard, etc i get 15 MB/s but the download itself is actually going 1MB/s

im watching the download go up by .01 gbps or .02 gbps on the download
that and even on a 6gb game it says itl take 15-20 minutes with the "15MB/s" it says im getting. it usually takes only about 5 minutes or so.

ya even downloading from the web is pretty slow. i also tried downloading something on my roommates computer and it downloaded fine. could it be hardware or drivers something silly like that?
