New motherboard and no display

New motherboard and no display. Replaced the motherboard on my computer. Lights on fans and psu turn on and fans on GPU spin for a second before stopping. Monitor says no signal however. I'm not sure what the issue is anymore. I've already tried a different psu and the GPU is brand new as well.


Any ideas? Been trouble shooting on my own for hours and I am running out of ideas.

Gigabyte GA 78LMT-USB3
Gigabyte Geforce 1050ti
AMD FX-4300 3.8 ghz
All of which shown compatible when I originally picked them out.
I have a 600w psu and a 500w psu (600 seems to work, the 500w no longer seems to work nor does the old Gigabyte GA 78Lmt-s2)
So now I have the 600 w, GA lmt USB3 and an plugged gigs by 1080ti and currently trying to restore my computer by saving the files but deleteing the apps.
Startup repair didn't work.
