he wants a black/white theme and this is what i made also has some RGB, would like some lower options as well, this needs to include monitor and a keyboard, he has an OS form his laptop, im buying him a wifi adapter, and a mouse from his laptop.

Hes looking to game, He plays ALOT of SC2 (high masters league) and wants the best possible performance for that at 1440p.

Using an OEM license and transferring it to the new PC may have issues, depending on how nice Microsoft is about it, as an OEM license from the laptop, normally isn't transferable by licensing terms.
